Peripheral Vascular Disease (PVD) is a circulatory condition that affects the blood flow to the legs. It is often caused by a build-up of plaque in the arteries, which can restrict or block blood flow.

Varicose veins are swollen twisted veins that can be seen just under the surface of the skin. They usually occur in the legs and can cause discomfort, such as aching or itching, leg swelling and occasionally clot formation, inflammation and bleeding.
